Terms of Service Effective Date: 1/15/2025 These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Restyle platform (the "Platform") and all services provided by Restyle ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Platform. Your access to or use of the Platform will constitute your agreement to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. 1. Scope of Services Restyle is an Egyptian online marketplace where users can purchase and sell used clothing products. Anybody may sell their products which will then be reviewed by our team, and any buyer may buy any item from the site with full confidence in the quality and authenticity of the product. 2. Account Registration 2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Restyle. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is correct, current, and complete. 2.2. Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. 3. Seller Responsibilities 3.1. Product Listing: The seller will be required to give full descriptions of their products in words, photos, and all other details. Products go under review and approval by our team. 3.2. Product Condition: It shall be the responsibility of the sellers to ensure that products represent their description and pictures as presented during listing. Any defect or discrepancy should be indicated. 3.3. Pickup and Inspection: Vendors shall ensure the pickup of sold products for quality and authenticity at our inspection centers. If problems are identified, it shall be the responsibility of the seller to get back the product to our center. 3.4. Payment: Vendors will be paid once the product has reached the customer and the return window of 48 hours has lapsed. Vendors shall provide payment modes correctly to avoid delays in payment. 4. Buyer's Responsibilities 4.1. Purchases: Buyers are supposed to go through the product details and photos before buying the product. Once the order is placed, buyers agree to pay the price listed on it along with any other additional fees. 4.2. Delivery: The usual time for delivering orders is 2-4 working days. Buyers must ensure correct and accessible delivery addresses are given. 4.3. Returns and Refunds: Refunds will only be entertained when the product was different from the description given or delivery fails. Requests of refunds must be done using our support section. 5. Fees and Charges Restyle charges a mark-up on a seller price for costs of operation. Any fees already included in the product price as it will be shown to a buyer. 6. Prohibited Conduct Users of the Platform agree not to do any of the following: Post false or misleading content. List counterfeit, defective, or unauthorized items. Commit fraud or abuse in any other way on the platform. Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform. 7. Intellectual Property All of the content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text and images, is the property of Restyle and its licensors. Unauthorized use is not allowed. 8. Liability and Indemnification 8.1 Limitation of Liability: Restyle will not be responsible for any consequential damages indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever from your use of the Platform. 8.2 Indemnification: You agree to defend, hold harmless Restyle from claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Platform or any breach by you of these Terms. 9. Termination Restyle may, without notice, terminate or suspend your account if you breach the Terms or fail to comply with prohibited conduct above. The user is also at liberty to terminate the account by contacting our support team. 10. Amendments to Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted. Your continued use of the Platform will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms are subject exclusively to the laws of Egypt. All disputes arising from these Terms and/or the use of the Platform shall be resolved in Egyptian courts. 12.
